Our Story and Mission

My name is Daniel Thorpe and I run Pitch Perfect Accountancy with the aim of helping Small Business owners and Limited Companies keep their financial records up to date and ensure their tax returns are completed accurately and on time. At the same time I also provide         professional support to help businesses realise their growth ambitions.

I am an experienced and insured Accountant with over 30 years in the accounting industry, I’ve seen how confusing, jargon-heavy advice leaves many business owners feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from their numbers. 

But it was my many years in the voiceover industry that truly shaped this business. 

Experiencing the voiceover industry first-hand showed me how freelancers and creatives think, work and earn – often with irregular income, multiple revenue streams, and very little financial guidance tailored to them.

I started Pitch Perfect Accountancy to bridge that gap.

I’m passionate about helping businesses and creatives because I understand both sides – the financial complexity and the creative journey. My mission is to make finances feel simple, clear and empowering, so clients can make better decisions, reduce stress and focus on what they do best.

At the heart of our business are three core values: clarity, honesty and support. No jargon, no confusion – just practical advice that makes sense.
